At Candle Shack, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance crafting supplies. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the details of the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package your unused candles, oils, or accessories in their original containers to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
